No1 The Cleave’s easy layout and practical wooden floors is suited to families, groups of friends, as well as breaks for two. Its close proximity to the beach offers so many opportunities for exploring with rock pooling directly outside, deckchairs to watch life go by, cushions to sit on the wall outside, all in a virtually traffic free area.
Our secret garden has an astro grassed area for morning yoga, a warm sun deck ideal for afternoon tea and a glorious uninterrupted view from the top of the garden, perfect for a glass of something early evening.
We are well known for our comfortable beds and cosy throws, so you can relax inside with a good book and know you'll get a great nights sleep .

THE VIEW
The View is the master bedroom with a luxurious comfortable kingsize bed and uninterrupted sea views of Cawsand Bay.
THE SEAGULL
The Seagull can be found on the top floor, a sumptuous king size bed with ensuite shower room, and beautiful sea views over the bay and to the rear garden.
THE DECK
Also on the first floor is The Deck - a twin room with direct access to the sun deck at the rear of the house.
THE LOOKOUT
The Lookout is a fun bunk room for little ones or extra adults, there are a range of toys and books along with yet more sea views over the beach, it's a perfect spot to keep an eye out for pirates!
